We are so confident in our team, products and services that we stand behind our work with a wide range of warranties and guarantees. You'll be protected from the expense of breakdowns and manufacturing defects, and you'll be ensured of proper installation and the best value available. We have two geothermal warranties that cover the heating and cooling system and the earth loop.

Included in all warranties...
Lemon Guarantees
Air Conditioners/Heat Pumps: If the compressor fails twice within the time specified in your warranty, Williams Comfort Air will replace the entire outdoor unit at no cost.
Gas Furnace: If the heat exchanger fails within the time specified in your warranty, Williams Comfort Air will replace the entire furnace at no cost.
Parts and Labor Warranty
Williams Comfort Air will repair or replace all comfort system components if the equipment fails as a result of a manufacturer’s defect within the time specified in your warranty.
Performance Guarantee
If your new comfort system fails to keep you comfortable within the time specified in your warranty, Williams Comfort Air will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue per ACCA design standards. If we cannot resolve the issue with the existing equipment, Williams Comfort Air will replace the system with a new system of equal value absolutely free.
$100 No-Frustration Guarantee
If your system breaks down within the time specified in your warranty and Williams Comfort Air does not provide you with heating or air conditioning within 24 hours of being notified, we will pay you $100 for your inconvenience.
$250 Installation Date Guarantee
If your system is not installed by the agreed upon date a result of Williams Comfort Air, we will pay you $250 for your inconvenience.
Property Protection Guarantee
Our team members will treat your property with respect and care. This includes items such as your lawn, landscaping, carpeting, floors, walls, furniture and doors. In the unlikely event that damage occurs by the actions of Williams Comfort Air, we will repair or replace the damaged item to its original condition.
